Meet our Staff, Board of Directors & Volunteers
Jennifer Franson
Founder/Executive Director
Jenn founded iCI Nation in 2015, but as a single mom of 4 daughters, Jenn has found ways to encourage those around her for decades. She recalls seeing an officer spending several hot summer days posted outside of a neighbors house to monitor a ’situation’, and taking her girls out to bring him some lemonade & cookies and to thank him for helping to keep the neighborhood safer. When her womens group at church wanted to honor local Police & 1st Responders, she stepped in and began building relationships with the local departments and inviting them to an event with the sole purpose of thanking them and honoring their commitment to Protecting and Serving their communities. Her heart is big, and her energy is off the charts. Jenn’s passion is to help all of us better understand we can protect & serve together.
